Compro GM-4 Plus

GM4-Plus is a polyacrylate finish for woven labels. The new enhancements greatly improve color, tensile strength and crockfastness. GM-4 Plus leaves a firm, semi resilient hand and has excellent durability to repeated washings and dry-cleaning. In fact, the product can improve the yarn dyers wash ratings by as much as 50% once the fabric is treated with 8% concentration of GM-4 Plus. The product will keep background yarns from showing through on the face of a label. Remains flexible under hot and cold weather conditions.

Application

Maintaining an 8% concentration of finish in the formulation ensures durability. 15-20% will generally hide background yarns. Depending on the construction, more may be needed. A wetting agent can be used for faster absorption of the finish. The wetting agent also keeps the finish from skimming over if being used on long runs.
