Compro SA

Compro SA is a water-soluble, ultra soft polymer softening and antistatic auxiliary. The product was developed for slit edge labels in that it will put a coating on the label and soften the fibers while maintaining durability and protecting colorfastness. Compro SA is a heat active finish. Once coated, the label will soften with every wash and drying cycle due to its cationic nature. It is superior in increasing slip resistance and increasing sewability. The product will improve elasticity and physical strength that is lost during yarn dyeing. Compro SA is extremely durable to washing and dry-cleaning.

Application

10% is usually sufficient for locking in colorfastness and to increase physical strength of the label. Compro SA can be added to other soft polyacrylate finishes such as Compro C3 to improve sewability, pilling, and elasticity. When using as an additive to other finishes, add 2% to the bath.
