Compro 604 was developed to produce a finish on the labels to withstand stone wash processes involving various chemicals in wash, rinse, and abrasion formulas.
604 is a water-based
micro-emulsion, finishing agent designed to give woven labels and narrow
fabrics durability and resistance to the elements. It is far more superior in durability than
any other polymer on the market. The
thermosetting polymer with gas fading inhibitors will withstand numerous
washings and dry cleanings and will exhibit
outstanding color stability and some resiliency over other types of finishes.
It is also very stable to high heat or curing temperatures. Once cured renders the product insoluble to a
variety of elements such as acids, most solvents, alkali, grease, oils, sea
water, chlorine and swimming pools, etc. The finish is also very high in stain
resistance and withstands high humidity. This product has the ability to
greatly reduce shrinkage, especially on synthetic/cellulosic
blends. It will also eliminate bleeding on yarns that have a tendency to
migrate on acid type finishing agents.

After mixing 10 % Of 604 B into
604 A, simply dilute with cool water to desired concentration. We
recommend at least 10% product for maintaining durability and more, if needed
for desired firmness. Dry at 250-280F
The Mix will stay stable for 4 to 5 days.
